digitizing mainly uses Tajima, Wilcom digitizing systems.

3. What format do you offer?
We digitizing mainly offer DST file.
We also provide another format conversion, such as EMB, CND, EXP, DSB, etc.

4. How long will it take to get my digitized design?
digitizing standard turn-around time is 24 hours. If you have a special request, please let us.

5. What is your maximum charge for a logo?
Our unit price is $2.3.00 per thousand stitches,
Minimum Charge US$5; Minimum charge is $120 which are 52,17 stitches.

6.What is your working time?
digitizing work in rotating shifts to provide customers
with 24 hour, 7 day per week, one-stop digitizing services.

7. Is stitch estimate free? And how long does it take?
Yes, it’s free. It usually takes less than one hour for you to get a stitch estimate.  

8. What is the charge for edition?
Most of the editing is free, except adding new part to the original logo                                                                 we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize,
such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.

9..How do you ensure quality?
We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean.
If we find any problem, and we ever found, we correct it and sew it again.
We do this until it is finally  perfect, and then send dst file with to you.

10. What if I don’t like my job?
